Resources for Employers
Resources for Employers
In order for us to provide a comprehensive and varied careers education programme at Trinity School, we need the support of both local and national businesses. As well as this being personally rewarding, it is also an opportunity for businesses to;
- Help students develop the work related skills needed in your work place.
- Ensure that students and staff have knowledge and understanding about your business.
- Mentor and coach the future generation, enabling them to have direct access to potential future employees.
Opportunities to help
There are a number of ways that employers can help to support the Careers Education Programme at Trinity School. These include:
- 1week work experience
- Work shadow days
- Attending our Careers Fair
- CV workshops
- Supporting mock interviews
- Giving inspiring talks
- Giving employability skills workshops
- Allowing workplace visits
- Volunteering
- Employer mentoring
- Judging enterprise competitions
