A-LEVEL Results at Trinity School

A-LEVEL RESULTS AT TRINITY SCHOOL
Thursday 16th August 2018
We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students who have again achieved impressive results this year. We are delighted that 76% of students achieved A*-C grades with 48% of them achieving grades at A*-B. With over 25% of all grades at A*-A, the students have really excelled!
The students have worked hard to achieve these strong results and have been supported by a committed team of staff throughout their two years of study. It is very pleasing that all of our students have plans for the future either moving straight into employment or onto further study at University.
Some notable subject performances for % of A*-B grades are: Acting 71%, Biology 60%, Business Studies 60%, Catering 100%, Dance 100%, Geography 60%, Graphics 100%, History 68% and Maths 60%.
This year group have been excellent role models and leaders holding positions of leadership and responsibility both in and out of school. Dan Parnell is Newbury’s current Junior Mayor achieving D* B C. All the students have shown high levels of commitment, effort and dedication to their work. We would like to thank our staff and parents for the support and care given throughout the students’ studies, enabling them to achieve their very best.
