PARENTS

We value our work with parents and carers to engage them in their children’s education.  Communication with parents is strong. Termly newsletters inform parents and carers of all the events that have taken place in the school and celebrate success. There is also a weekly parents’ bulletin to inform them of forthcoming events. Every year, there is at least one parents’ evening for each year group, and parents and carers also receive a variety of reports throughout the year to inform them of their child’s progress.  The form tutor and Head of House are the main points of contact for parents, providing the vital link between home and school. We also run a variety of parenting and information evenings throughout the year to support parents at key times in their child’s life.
