This was the regional platform for the national event U Dance. The boys in Nuclear were outstanding in terms of their performance and conduct throughout the day, and we had excellent feedback from the organisers. The head of South East Dance was so impressed she interviewed the students for the U Dance website, and expressed that their performance in their technical rehearsal had been deeply moving for her. Of the ten groups performing on the night, 3 groups will be shortlisted to perform at The Southbank in London in July, and receive a weekend in London taking part in dance classes in addition to their own performance
opportunity. We should be hearing in the next few days whether Nuclear have been successful, but regardless of this outcome Trinity Dance Department remain exceptionally proud of their achievements.
