PSHE Day

Trinity students investigate ‘Personal Responsibility’.
Trinity School celebrated a brilliant PSHE Day on Thursday 6th October, with the focus of the day on Personal Responsibility.
There was a wide range of engaging and practical sessions ranging from Year 8 students looking at E-Safety including sessions led by the Trinity Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, to Year 10 students learning about mental health and the Sixth Form hosting the Army and their assault course! There were also sessions on the Rights and Respect Award, alcohol and careers.
One of the sessions of the day was led by Trinity’s Youth Health Champions, a group of 12 students from Years 9 and 10 who investigated the different forms of mental health issues young people suffer from.
The day was a huge success and allowed students to work together to research and investigate relevant and age related issues around personal responsibility.
Trinity’s next PSHE Day is on Tuesday 7th February and will look at ‘Future aspirations’.
