Frog VLE & Office 365
At Trinity, we are very proud to use Frog as our virtual learning environment (VLE). A VLE is used to aid students’ learning by providing them with access to lesson resources, anytime, anywhere. Parents/Guardians are given a login for Frog, providing them with access to view their child’s homework, to access key documents and information and to view their child's school report. There are also links to ePraise, ParentPay and our social media accounts.
To access Frog, please click on the Frog icon at the top right-hand corner of our website, above. Your username is your full name (e.g. joebloggs) and your password will have been provided to you at the beginning of the academic year.
If you have forgotten your password or are unable to login, please contact the IT Support team using the details at the bottom of this page.
There is now a FrogApp called 'MyFrog' available from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Once downloaded it will ask you for a URL to enter - the URL is vle.trinitynewbury.org. You will then need to login with your Frog login credentials.
A how-to guide for using Frog can be found here.
All of our students have a FREE Office 365 account for use in their learning at Trinity School. Students can access their accounts online through https://portal.office.com; this provides them with access to online versions of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Students also have 1TB of cloud storage through OneDrive for transferring files between school and home.
