Trinity School Presents an Enchanting Performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Trinity School brought Roald Dahl’s beloved tale to life on stage with their production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The magical musical delighted the packed hall over three nights including the Mayor of Thatcham and the Mayor of Newbury.

The show featured a talented cast of students, from year 7 to 13. Over 200 students performed to family and friends as well as pupils from local primary schools in a matinee performance. Everything from the vibrant set designs, enchanting costumes, brilliant characterisation and pitch perfect singing transported the audience into Willy Wonka’s fantastical chocolate factory.

Dr Wilson, Executive Headteacher said “The students and staff have worked incredibly hard to bring this story to life, the audience laughed along with the characters and special effects all evening. I am so proud of our students and staff and congratulate them on an exceptional performance.”
